BDF PRES FRESH is a fermented spice extract that inhibits the growth of bacteria in a natural way and optimizes the taste profile of food products, thereby extending their shelf life. The fermentation of onion juice is based on culturing these raw material by lactic acid bacteria and acetic acid bacteria. BDF PRES FRESH is labelled as onion extract or spice extract, as well as being declared clean label, allergen-free and vegan.
