Description

This application is specially designed to increase final cheese production by up to 15%. During the cheese production the draning process is facilitated, optimizing manufacturing times and costs, together with the decrease of the total solids in the whey and the reduction of the syneresis. Additionally, this solution increases and improves the texture, allowing the reduction or elimination of extra proteins and standardizing and reducing final product costs.
