Description

This thickening solution is specifically designed for dairy milk-based products, such as whipped cream, chantilly cream, ice cream and others. It provides excellent freeze/thaw stability and general storage stability, resulting in less volume loss and less syneresis, providing excellent visual appeal to the product. In ice cream application it provides thickening without the use of additional gums and/or starches, and in other dairy desserts it may provide thickening or gelling power, depending on the products’ needs.
