At BDF Ingredients we are very close to achieving great success for developing the entire business group. Our biotechnological support and subsidiary, BDF Biotech, a leading European company in the field of research, development, and production of high quality natural bioactive ingredients for the Nutrition and Cosmetics sector, is about to inaugurate new production plant, scheduled for September 2021.
With more than 5,000m2 in facilities and equipment at the cutting edge of technology, the main production will focus on fish gelatine and the company’s new benchmark product, BDF Naturlagen, our premium hydrolysed marine collagen. In addition, manufacturing will be optimized to take full advantage of the solar and wind energy that surrounds us, and, in this way, we will continue with our eco-friendly and sustainability policies.Â
