New Application! Restructured Tofu with Raisins – Probind® TXo Transglutaminase

BDF’s Technical Department has developed a new application for our Probind® TXo Transglutaminase product. This new application consists on restructurtuing tofu with raisins. On mixing these two food components together we have attained a unified product in a single piece.

This application is especially useful for developing new and attractive food products that include tofu as an ingredient.
