BDF launches Probind FG, a new product based on the transglutaminase enzyme

BDF Natural Ingredients presents Probind FG, a product designed to improve the physical properties of fish and some meat products.

PROBIND FG is a new formulation based on Transglutaminase enzyme with a seafood protein base which is designed to improve the physical properties of fish and meat products such as poultry and/or other types of meat with high percentage of fat.

The main advantage of PROBIND FG is that it transforms cuts of fish or meat without commercial value into standardized portions with a high added value. Furthermore, once the product is structured it can be cooked or frozen without losing shape or texture.
