BDF PROBIND SB® Transglutaminase for Scallops Binding

BDF PROBIND SB® is a new product designed by BDF Ingredients for those clients who need extra binding in structured meat and fish products.

Ideal for chicken binding, specially previously injected chicken, it is also commonly used in many fish applications.
