Description

BDF LACTASE L is a neutral lactase enzyme obtained from the fermentation of Saccharomyces marxianus var lactis (non GMO strain). BDF LACTASE L application allows the reduction/removal of lactose content in milk for the production of lactose-free/lactose-reduced dairy products. The product is free from side activities, preventing off-flavours in the final product.
